1. Introduction

Welcome to FulfillBot ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cross-border shopping proxy service, which allows you to purchase products from Chinese e-commerce platforms including Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian, and other supported platforms.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

FulfillBot provides the following services:

  • Product search and browsing from Chinese e-commerce platforms
  • Purchase proxy services for products on supported platforms
  • Quality inspection and warehouse storage
  • International shipping and logistics services
  • Package consolidation and repackaging services
  • Customer support and order tracking

We act as an intermediary between you and Chinese sellers. We do not manufacture, own, or directly sell the products listed on our platform.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Purchase Orders

When you submit a purchase order, you authorize us to purchase the item on your behalf from the Chinese seller. Orders are subject to product availability and seller acceptance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include our service fees. Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations. The final price will be confirmed before you complete your order.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be made in advance. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment gateways. All transactions are processed securely.

4.4 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before we purchase the item from the seller. Once purchased, cancellation depends on the seller's policies. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued minus any applicable fees.

5. Quality Inspection & Warehouse Services

Upon arrival at our warehouse, items undergo quality inspection. Our inspection includes:

  • Visual inspection for defects and damages
  • Verification of quantity and specifications
  • Photography documentation
  • Weight and dimension measurements

Free warehouse storage is provided for 90 days. Extended storage may incur additional fees. We are not responsible for items damaged by the seller or courier before arrival at our warehouse.

6. International Shipping

6.1 Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods with different delivery times and costs. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier.

6.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control.

6.3 Customs & Import Duties

You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. We may assist with customs declarations but cannot predict or control import charges.

6.4 Prohibited Items

We cannot ship prohibited items including but not limited to: weapons, hazardous materials, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, and items restricted by international shipping regulations.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

Returns are subject to the original seller's return policy. We will assist in processing returns, but cannot guarantee acceptance. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7.2 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your account balance or original payment method within 7-14 business days. Service fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

7.3 Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of receiving quality inspection photos. We will work with the seller to resolve issues, which may include returns, exchanges, or partial refunds.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by third-party sellers
  • We are not liable for seller misrepresentation, fraud, or failure to deliver
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

9. Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights. You may not use our service to purchase counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods. We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts involved in intellectual property violations.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our service for illegal purposes or to purchase prohibited items
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to circumvent our fees or systems
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or other users
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
  • Use automated systems to access our service without permission

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact our customer support team first. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you must settle all outstanding balances and arrange for shipment of warehouse inventory.
