Return Policy

Overview

At FulfillBot, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This Return Policy explains how to request refunds or returns based on your order status. The process varies depending on where your order is in the fulfillment pipeline.

1. Order Status: "Order Pending"

Easiest to Cancel - Your order has not been processed yet.

You may go to User Center → "Orders" to cancel your order directly.

Once cancelled, your payment will be immediately refunded to your FulfillBot account balance.

2. Order Status: "Order Processing"

Quick Cancellation - We're preparing to purchase your items.

You may go to User Center → "Orders" to cancel your order.

If FulfillBot has not yet purchased the items, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your FulfillBot balance within one working day.

3. Order Status: "Purchased"

Refund Request Required - Items have been purchased from the seller.

You may go to User Center → "Orders" and click "Aftersales" for the relevant order.

FulfillBot will submit a refund request to the seller on your behalf:

  • If the seller has not shipped the goods, the refund will be issued to your FulfillBot account balance once the seller confirms it.
  • This process typically takes about 3 days.

4. Order Status: "Seller Sent"

Investigation Required - Seller claims to have shipped the items.

If the seller:

  • Uses a fake tracking number, or
  • Has not actually shipped the items

You may go to User Center → "Orders" and click "Aftersales".

FulfillBot will request a refund from the seller:

  • Once the seller confirms, the refund will be returned to your FulfillBot account balance.
  • This process normally takes around 7 days.

5. More than 5 Days After "Stored in Warehouse"

Return Request - Items have arrived at our warehouse.

You may go to User Center → "Orders" and click "Aftersales" for the corresponding order.

FulfillBot will help request a return with the seller; however:

  • Approval is not guaranteed, as it depends solely on the seller's policy.
  • If the seller approves, FulfillBot will process the return as soon as possible.
  • The domestic return tracking number will be displayed in the order details.
  • Once the seller receives the returned items and issues a refund, the system will automatically credit the amount to your FulfillBot account balance.

In general, the full process takes 7–15 days, depending on how quickly the seller confirms the refund.

Important Notes

  • • All refunds are credited to your FulfillBot account balance, which can be used for future purchases or withdrawn.
  • • Refund times depend on seller response and platform processing.
  • • For items already shipped internationally, please refer to our Shipping Policy for return procedures.
  • • FulfillBot service fees may be non-refundable depending on the order status.
