3. Warehouse Services

3.1 Free Storage

All items receive 90 days of free warehouse storage from the date they arrive at our warehouse. This allows you to:

  • Wait for multiple items to arrive before shipping
  • Consolidate packages to reduce shipping costs
  • Conduct returns or exchanges if needed
  • Plan your shipment timing

3.2 Extended Storage

After the 90-day free period, extended storage fees apply:

  • Days 91-180: $0.50 per item per day
  • Days 181+: $1.00 per item per day

We will notify you via email before storage fees begin to accrue.

3.3 Quality Inspection

All items undergo free basic inspection upon arrival:

  • Visual inspection: Check for defects, damages, and correct items
  • Photography: 3-5 photos documenting the item's condition
  • Measurements: Accurate weight and dimensions
  • Quantity verification: Confirm correct number of items

Detailed inspection services (e.g., functionality testing, brand verification) are available for an additional fee.

3.4 Package Consolidation

We offer free package consolidation to help you save on shipping costs. Multiple items can be combined into a single shipment. Benefits include:

  • Reduced international shipping costs
  • Fewer packages to track and receive
  • Lower customs duty risk (fewer declarations)
  • Simplified delivery process

3.5 Repackaging Services

Optional repackaging services are available:

  • Removal of original packaging: $2 per item (reduces weight/volume)
  • Moisture-proof packaging: $3 per package (for sensitive items)
  • Reinforced packaging: $5 per package (for fragile items)
  • Vacuum sealing: $4 per item (for clothing and soft goods)

Sensitive Line (Special Goods)

Delivery Time: 12-25 business days

Best For: Items with batteries, liquids, powders, cosmetics, branded items

Cost: $$$ (higher cost for special handling)

5. Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

5.1 Weight & Volume

We charge based on whichever is greater:

  • Actual Weight: The physical weight measured on our scales
  • Volumetric Weight: Calculated as (Length ร— Width ร— Height) รท 5000 (for air) or รท 6000 (for express)

5.2 Destination

Shipping rates vary by destination country and region. Popular destinations (USA, Canada, EU, Australia) typically have more competitive rates.

5.3 Shipping Method

Different carriers have different rate structures. Express shipping is more expensive but faster; economy shipping is cheaper but slower.

5.4 Item Type

Special items (batteries, liquids, powders, branded goods) may require sensitive line shipping at higher rates.

5.5 Additional Services

Optional services add to shipping costs:

  • Insurance: 3% of declared value (recommended for high-value items)
  • Signature confirmation: $5 per package
  • Wooden crate packaging: Starting at $15
  • Photo documentation of packaging: $3

6. Customs & Import Duties

6.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

6.2 Customs Declaration

We will prepare customs declarations based on the information you provide. It is important to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions
  • Declare reasonable values (inflated or deflated values may cause customs issues)
  • Understand your country's import regulations
  • Comply with all customs requirements

6.3 Customs Clearance Issues

If your package is held by customs:

  • We will notify you immediately when we receive information
  • You may need to provide additional documentation
  • You are responsible for responding to customs requests
  • Storage fees may apply if packages are held for extended periods

6.4 Refused or Returned Packages

If customs refuses your package or you refuse to pay duties:

  • The package may be returned to our warehouse (you pay return shipping)
  • The package may be destroyed by customs (no refund)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You may arrange re-shipment at your expense

Important: FulfillBot is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, duties, or taxes. Please research your country's import regulations before ordering.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items cannot be shipped internationally or have restrictions:

  • Live animals or plants

  • Cosmetics and skincare products

  • Magnets and magnetic materials

Items that violate shipping regulations will not be shipped. If discovered after purchase, you may arrange for alternative shipping, return to seller, or disposal at our warehouse (fees apply).

8. Tracking & Delivery

8.1 Tracking Information

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and in your account dashboard. Tracking updates vary by carrier:

  • Express: Real-time updates throughout transit
  • Standard Air: Updates at major checkpoints (dispatch, customs, delivery)
  • Sea Freight: Updates at container loading, arrival at port, customs clearance

8.2 Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails:

  • A notice card will be left at your address
  • Package may be held at local post office or carrier facility for pickup
  • You may need to schedule redelivery
  • Unclaimed packages may be returned to sender (you pay return shipping)

8.3 Address Changes

Address changes after shipment are difficult or impossible. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address. Fees may apply for address corrections or re-routing.

8.4 Delivery Confirmation

Most carriers provide delivery confirmation via:

  • Signature (for express and high-value shipments)
  • Photographic proof of delivery
  • GPS location tracking
  • Recipient name confirmation

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

9.1 Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping:

  • Wait for the carrier's investigation period (typically 30 days)
  • File a claim with us within 60 days of shipment
  • Provide all required documentation
  • Compensation is limited to carrier liability (varies by carrier)
  • Insurance (if purchased) provides additional coverage

9.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the damage immediately upon receipt
  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all packaging materials for inspection
  • File a claim with carrier and us
  • Compensation depends on carrier liability and insurance coverage

9.3 Insurance Claims

If you purchased insurance:

  • Coverage is up to the declared value
  • Submit claim within 60 days with photos and documentation
  • Claims are processed within 30-45 days
  • Compensation may be refund or replacement value

9.4 Carrier Liability Limits

Without insurance, carrier liability is limited:

  • Express carriers: Typically $100-$500 USD
  • Standard air: Typically $50-$100 USD
  • Sea freight: Calculated by weight (very limited)

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for high-value shipments.

10. Force Majeure & Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, floods)
  • Pandemics and public health emergencies
  • Customs delays and inspections
  • Carrier capacity limitations
  • Political unrest or military conflicts
  • Port congestion or aviation restrictions
  • Peak season volume (Chinese New Year, Black Friday, Christmas)

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
